Review by hotel critic
As an art historian with a palate for Mediterranean delights, my recent gastronomic escapade to Cesmeli was a symphony of culinary delight within the historical heart of the city. Nestled within walking distance from the vibrant Bazaar, this Ottoman mansion turned hotel flawlessly melded history with hospitality. The shared lounge exuded a sense of tranquility, a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of Turkish tea. The room service, seamless and attentive, was a welcomed touch after a day of exploring Byzantine relics.Engulfed in the aroma of freshly baked bread, the breakfast buffet showcased a harmonious blend of American and halal options that rival the nearby acclaimed eateries. Cevat Iskenderoglu's legacy echoed in every bite, a testament to the region's culinary prowess. In conclusion, Cesmeli's dedication to preserving history while tantalizing taste buds makes it a haven for travelers seeking a cultural culinary odyssey.
